Daily maintenance methods for water machines

When it comes to the maintenance of water machines, most water machine operators believe that it is the responsibility of the maintenance department or engineers. In fact, this is not the case. In addition to professional maintenance, it is also necessary to take maintenance measures in the following daily details:

1. Regularly clean the salt box to keep the interior clean
       2. Replace the filter element in a timely manner, and clean the precision filter with pure water to prevent the deposition of internal impurities when replacing the filter element.

The replacement time for the filter element is 1-3 months, which can be adjusted according to the actual situation, but the longest cannot exceed 3 months. If the original filter element is relatively clean during replacement, the original replacement cycle can be continued. If the filter element is heavily contaminated, the replacement cycle needs to be shortened.

3. Regular disinfection

The disinfection frequency of the disinfection machine should not exceed once a month, and if the bacterial monitoring results are normal, this disinfection frequency can be executed. If regular disinfection is carried out every month and the bacterial and endotoxin monitoring results exceed the standard, the disinfection frequency needs to be adjusted to every three weeks, two weeks, or one week, and the appropriate disinfection cycle should be determined based on long-term bacterial and endotoxin monitoring results.

After wiping, you can apply another layer of metal protective oil to keep the surface of the water machine shiny and new.

5. Daily calibration time for filters (softening, filtering, activated carbon)

6. Test hardness and total chlorine daily, record various indicators of water machine operation (conductivity, water production, pump pressure, etc.)

7. Add salt daily, depending on the dialysis situation

8. Conduct bacterial culture once a month

9. Conduct endotoxin testing once every quarter

10. Conduct an annual chemical pollutant content test
