System Overview

In the process of inspection and analysis, pure water is essential as a biological reaction medium. Samples and reagents frequently come into contact with the inspection water, and the quality of the inspection water will directly affect the inspection results.

The Zhongyang ultra pure water distribution module not only focuses on the ion content and electrical resistivity of the water used for inspection and analysis, but also incorporates microbial control into the control unit for the first time. A continuously disinfectable closed loop system ensures that the microbial indicators of the distribution unit are within a controllable range at a low level.

The system integrates the ultra pure water supply system of the inspection center into an efficient and high standard automatic supply system, avoiding maintenance difficulties caused by scattered equipment. It adopts a more environmentally friendly EDI continuous electric desalination device, greatly reducing departmental costs and bringing significant benefits to inspection work.

The system design separates preprocessing, RO host, EDI precision desalination, and ultra pure distribution systems independently, modularly designed, and flexibly combined to avoid pollution risks. The specific configuration depends on the water quality, rather than being limited to precise design to cope with all situations.

System intelligent control

All systems are controlled by a single interface, and water quality monitoring and pure water supply can be displayed online. This system is pre-set with alarms and safety operation devices to solve possible problems.

The equipment control performance fully considers the requirements of the medical laboratory department, and has the functions of automatic power outage restart, water outage alarm, fault alarm, and emergency water supply to protect the effectiveness of the test samples.
